Description
In this medical-malpractice case, the patient appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of the surgeon and his medical practice group. After the trial court admitted expert testimony from both sides, the jury found that the surgeons negligence, if any, did not proximately cause the injury in question. On appeal, the patient contends that the trial court erred in admitting testimony from two of the Medical Providers experts and that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jurys finding. We conclude that the patient did not preserve error as to his legal and factual sufficiency issues and that the trial court did not reversibly err in admitting the challenged testimony from the medical providers experts. Accordingly, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
